The image was first constructed as a vector graphic following strict twin vanishing point 2D perspective. It was then ported across to Photoshop and "clothed" with a combination of purpose taken photographs with matching perspectives, purpose taken flat photographic textures distorted to conform to the perspective, and some hand painting directly in photoshop.
